Rewards Points
Points are calculated on orders placed by Registered Account (you have to be signed in) and assigned to your account after the order is shipped. The points should show in your View Cart screen, along with your estimated shipping. You can accumulate them if you wish.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. We do not have an option for rush orders. Additions to orders will no longer be possible, as payment is taken at the time of ordering – not shipping.
We realize that some orders can be quite heavy. Because of this, we have set up shipping contracts with Canada Post and UPS to bring you the most economical shipping possible. They will attempt once, and then the parcel will be delivered to an assigned location and instructions will be left regarding pick up. If you wish to have the parcel left without a signature, please indicate "No Signature Required" in your Special Instructions area. In remote areas, it may be more economical to use the postal system. Cost will vary according to method used and weight and number of packages.*Due to winter weather conditions there may be days that shipping does not happen. We apologize for any inconvenience to you.
Tracking numbers will be provided for on-line orders, please allow 24hrs to 48 hours before tracking. This allows time for the parcel to be picked up at our facility and enter the shipping software. If you have any difficulties 48 hours after the shipping confirmation email, please email us at contactus@treasuresofmyheart.ca and we will be glad to assist you. Ultimately, your delivery is governed by the shipping policies of the third party. We reserve the right not to ship to certain addresses.
In-stock items leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Actual shipping costs are assumed by the purchaser, including any additional charges for dimensional weight adjustments, extended area fees, fuel surcharge, multiple parcel charges, brokerage fees and/or residential delivery fees.
If there is any damage or error with your shipment, please contact us within 14 days. Include a description of the problem, and take pictures if possible. This information will help us improve our system of processing orders. See Returns and Policies page for full details.
Out of Stock Items
Every effort is made to ship your order complete. If an item is out of stock and that product is expected to arrive shortly, your order may be held so that it will ship complete. If it is an item that is expected to be out of stock for an undetermined amount of time, your parcel will leave without the item and you will be reimbursed for the item. Please reorder out of stock items. Larger quantities of product may require lead times.
Cancelling Order
Orders cancelled 24 hours after placement are subject to a 2% surcharge.
Pricing and Taxes
If there are items you are looking for that do not appear on this site, PLEASE email your request to resultsterri@icloud.com. We cannot carry every product, but we are more than willing to locate a product for you. All prices are in Canadian Dollars, applicable taxes extra.
Customers in Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador will be charged 13% HST on products and freight as required by Canadian law. See the government website www.ccra.gc.ca for further details.
Changes in pricing and availability are at our discretion, and may be updated without notice. Sizes and weights quoted are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities that you may buy, and we reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion.
