Since 2012 they've been creating big flavors in small batches. Their woman-owned jam factory creates meaningful employment in their small island community.

The Founder Melanie Mulherin, whom they lovingly call the Sauce Boss, loves distinctive and bold flavours. From her grandparents' grocery store and dinner parties to the family restaurant, her passion for food started early on. After she married a chef, her mother-in-law taught her the art of preserving, and so their story began.
