Returns or Refunds


RETAIL PURCHASES:  If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, we will gladly provide a full refund.  Product, at the customers expense, would need to be returned to us, unused and in its original condition.  A credit for a future purchase or an exchange will be given.  All returns and exchanges must happen within 30 days of purchase.

If a candle is damaged when shipped, you will need to send pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged candle.  Once pictures are received, a refund or credit for a future purchase will be given.  Returns can also be made at our retail location if that is an option.  Items would need to be returned within 30 days of receipt or purchase of your order. 

Returns must be received in their new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions. 

Original and return shipping fees are non refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received. If you received free shipping and your order is returned in full we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund. Returns past 30 days are subject to approval. All sales are final after 60 days. 

Gift items are eligible for store credit only. Please be advised that we require the original order number and/or name of purchaser for processing. We are unable to refund or issue a store credit for purchases made online.
