Order Procedures
Any and all express orders received into our system before 2PM EST will ship the same business day. All ground shipments ship within 1-2 business days.

All express orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

If you need to cancel an order or make a change to an order, contact us as quickly as possible. All communication regarding orders must also be received in writing via email. Taking changes to an order over the phone is not acceptable. It is simply too easy for a mistake to happen. Treasures of my Heart will not assume any responsibility for changes to orders not sent via email.

We hope you understand this policy is to your benefit to ensure mistakes do not get made by our staff.

Tracking numbers are sent via email every day after 5:00 PM EST. It takes several hours for the tracking number to work as we must wait for UPS to pick the packages up and process them. The tracking number is usually active by 8:00 PM EST the same day it ships.

Shipping
All express orders received before 12:00 AM EST are shipped the same day. All ground orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are shipped within two business days. There is no shipping on holidays and weekends.  Chocolate and perishable gifts must ship via Next Day air only June through mid-October.

If a package is returned to us by UPS due to a bad address or recipient refusal, there is an additional charge of 19.50 and in some cases 25.00.  Claims for late deliveries must be filed within 5 days of the receiving day.

Damage claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery and no refund will be offered if the gift is not available for pick up and or inspection by the carrier.

No delivery date is guaranteed unless the Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen. However, Treasures of my HeART will use its best efforts to deliver on or near the 'Expected Delivery Date' chosen at the time the order was placed for all orders. We do not under any circumstances offer full refunds or returns if a gift is delivered late.

It is not possible for any carriers to call the intended recipient prior to making a delivery. In addition, UPS will not guarantee a specific delivery time of the day. Deliveries are scheduled to arrive by the end of the business day.

Claims/ Damages
All damage claims, missing components, items effected by heat must be filed in writing via fax or email within 3 business days of the gift being received. NO exceptions.

If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.

  1. If the gift is simply not wanted, or the customer is not satisfied they may ship it back to us at their own expense and receive a partial and in some cases a full refund. The refund is based on the gifts perish ability and condition upon being returned. The gift must be unopened and untampered with.
  2. If the gift is damaged, or spoiled and it is still within the 3 days of being received: We will call tag the original gift and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we cannot call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered.
  3. if the recipient claims to have received an incorrect gift or their claim is items are missing: We will call tag the original gift at our expense and either ship a new one or refund the gift in full. However, if we cannot call tag the gift no refund or credit will be offered. The gift must be returned in good condition and all items must be unopened.

Retrieving the gift is the only way we have of verifying the damages and placing a claim with UPS.

 

Substitutions and Returns
We do reserve the right to make substitutions and do find the need too at various times throughout the year. Also, not all packaging may look identical to the products photographed as designer packaging does change quite frequently. With this in mind please be aware that a substitution or variance in flavor or packaging does not justify an item being returned at our expense. If for any reason other than damages or errors on the part of Treasures of my HeART , a customer's wants to return a gift they may do so at their own expense plus an additional 20% restocking fee.

If Treasures of my Heart has committed an error or a gift is damaged Treasures of my Heart will retrieve the gift and refund it in full or re-ship it. No additional discounts will be offered.
